I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1993. Over the years I have been fortunate to be involved in helping hundreds of people with their real estate needs. I have utilized the knowledge I have gained through my continued study of real estate and my real world experience learned from daily practice in the industry. My certifications range from certified new homes specialist, buyers certified representative, relocation specialist dealing with buyers and sellers, negotiations specialist and investment property counselor. I am also and active real estate investor and have been doing so for more than 10 years. I have over the years developed several training programs and have taught groups of agents’ different aspects of real estate marketing. I never forget that for the vast majority of my client's real estate will be their single largest investment.
